What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that integrates the mind and spirit with movement. If you are looking for a low-impact, restorative form of exercise, Tai Chi is for you!
No equipment required.
This is a Resistance Bands Exercise class. Everyone (young or experienced), can benefit from adding strength training to their active lifestyle. Come out and see how easy and effective resistance band training can be!
