@ Atikokan Family Health TeamHealthy You is a program all about how to actually make changes to improve your lifestyle. Each week we will talk about a different topic, then you will set a goal for the next week. The program runs for 8 weeks, and each session is booked for 2 hours to give us plenty of time for discussion.
Healthy You is for people who:
- Are healthy and looking to maintain their health
- People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or any other chronic disease, or
- People who are looking to reach their weight goals
